We got church done, a bit of shopping but came home faster than usual to eat here instead of out.

Doing my part of the planning for a family visit coming up at the end of the month and... *sigh* Looking at work tomorrow. 😞

Yes. I go in tomorrow at 10 pm/2200 and leave Tuesday at 0630

BUT I'm off Tue and Wed. So it's a slow return. *G*

And how are you feeling, ticker-wise?

Heart is ... ok. Some pains but could be muscle/bone. Lungs aren't 100% still but can address Tue/Wed when I've been released to work anyway. That way they can't say (as they have) "Well, you're not finished recovering yet...."

So Tue/Wed is lots of VA phone calls.

Yesterday was cleaning and ironing and cooking (OH COOKING!) and general prep. Today? More chill. Still going to eat well though. *G*

More cooking? Or just a ton of leftovers?

We -do- have a ton of leftovers, which is one reason we came home for lunch. *G*

*nod* Hawaiian food has to have it's starch/carbs, I fear; steamed rice or mac salad. The rest is pretty healthy.

But honestly, the biggest things for Pennsic are already near site in storage.

A bit of a pain doing all the trips to the storage unit, but so much LESS of a pain than the damn trailer.

We are NOT putting up the gate this year. There's only going to be about 8 of us in camp total, so no way.

Yup. But, yeah, not a whole lot of prep to do. I've kind of let the whole SCA thing slide. I haven't gone to an event in a while, and my local shire is lame.
