Yup. the veal of the South... and my mother made more things with chicken than.. let's just say I appreciate the protein attempt, but while she made chicken at home all the time, DoD schools were on a chicken finger kick...for years.

My favorite chicken dish? McNuggets. Why? because neither the school nor my mom served them evah. 🙂

I will eat chicken, but I don't have the mouth watering reaction that a good southern boy is supposed to have.

Others are like "Yay, Fried Chicken" and I'm treating it like someone is asking me to eat green beans. Sure. I guess, but no pom poms 🙂

Yeah, but i'm not crazy about it grilled or marinated or ... just meh. ANd I've tried asian style and liked that less. Barbecue flavor can be nice. I am a disgrace to my poultry munching bloodline
