To his credit in other areas, he has. he lives closer, and has been taking their mom out more. He has young kids though and his house is too small to move her in. But he seems to be leaning heavily towards putting her into a nursing home (Which sometimes IS the only thing you can do, I get that) but my housemate, his sister, is not cool with that at this time and is pretty sure their mom would fight it too th and nail and if made to go would just pretty much wither at a faster rate.
