When time comes to replace my rice cooker I think I’ll get the mini instant pot because I’ve heard they make great rice. Counter space is at a premium though

And my husband is a coffee fiend so we have an espresso machine, grinder, BACKUP grinder, and gooseneck kettle all in constant use, and several French presses, an aero press, drip machine, siphon pot and toddy brewer on standby rotation
