Hey! waves Need to read a thing, feed cats, then do dishes. Hopefully on for real by 7:30 (Eastern), but likely closer to 8. Tomorrow night is Albany (not back until after 9), Thursday we're going to a murder mystery (probably back before 9).

I should be around all evening, give or take a bit for dinner

I buy mystery chicken bits from the Asian market for cheap stock fixins. If you can stand anatomy, chicken feet make a great stock too. Tons of delicious gelatin and far cheaper than wings

I was annoyed at the Instant Pot craze for a while because it was such a cultish bandwagon and I’ve been using my pressure cooker for years ( do I sound like a hipster? ...before it was cool. 😎) but now I must admit I kinda want one
