There was that time that the vet discovered that my evil cat, Gremlin, had claws so long that they'd curled back and pierced her pads. Explains some of the evil. But the cat would not let me get close enough for me to have been able to tell.

Our Princess would get nervous and lose control of her claw retraction abilities.... and on carpet, that would freak her out and make her MORE nervous which....
