So first generation, random effects, only works on Fae or Enchanted. Second generation he can begin breeding for specific qualities, maybe. No one would buy Fae Weed that makes daisies sprout from your ears, or turns you tie-dye for a day.

I think if you're talking one point treasure effects? useless stuff? 'Beer Goggle brown' everyone you look at while stoned looks to have extra Appearance points up to 5. (Fuddle). 'Mix and Mingle' you like, now how to chill with the cool crowd and just let it be man (Protocal...for stoners).
