yay fixed things

I found a new food cart..and people were gathered around it in large groups.

It turns out it does Thai style curries. All types. Yellow, red, green...

and you can pick your meats and toppings.

Noah got shrimp and mango yellow curry, and I got beef yellow curry with extra potatoes.

Oooo

They even had a green avocado curry..gonna try it next time.

Man, the local indian place does this yellow cauliflower, chickpea and potato curry that I would die for

why are potatoes so good?

I love curries! I will even eat stuff in curry, that I would normally not eat. And I don't know! I love potatoes in hotpot too!

I am sure the all you can eat hotpot place loves me...because I skip the meat and sea food and go straight for the potatoes and pumpkin. Heh

I have not had hotpot

Its strange. Portland seems to have a large number of Middle Eastern/Indian based food and restaurants.

No. Not in Oregon.

Yeah, grew up in PA, spent most of my life there, ohio, or indiana - all of which are top 3 for amish population

We have a few Mennonite families that come to the farmers markets.

Do they bake?

They have baked goods and fresh produce.

Pretzels? Fastnachts? Gobs?

Shoofly pie?

But..I do not knew their sects...so I am not sure if they do the same things.

They have cookies and handpies.

All amish are mennonite, not all mennonites are amish
