Closest thing might have been some of the behind the scenes stuff I saw for the lord of the rings movies. I remember the costume designers for that cracking up. Two boggan like ladies talking about outfiting all the Elf extras... "Lots of tall, blonde, slender beauitful people" "Yes, we hate them." I broke out laughing.

It wound end up being sort of like Seinfeld, I guess. I mean, it couldn't be a crime drama, because that much murder at one faire would get the place closed down!
