I am gonna stick to San Fran. Because I know the setting well. And I am gonna use the idea Debuke & Co offered, about a motley suddenly receiving a small balefire. And focus campaign around decisions they get to make about keeping it...giving it away...protecting it...so it will be open ended.

My own campaign has three bad guys... a Count of Ailil who thinks the dying commoner holds proves that only nobles should be granted Holds. A Nocker boss who has set others up to do his dirty work and then walked off on his part of the deal on technicalities.
