Well, Morthwyl will take one look at it, approve somewhat, and also think it awfully coincidental that it starts up after he's started enforcing the Escheat outside, and that it appears the Sidhe are the ones actually DOING something. 🙂 He started out as a reformer with traditional leanings and may yet turn into a true traditionalist "I have seen the face of democracy... and it really doesn't care" 🙂
