Odd thing is, many of the Houses have In lore excuses for autumn sidhe beyond scathach and Liam. Fiona had escorts iirc and some stayed for their own loves. Conchobar held the line...and who is to say others of his war band didn't do the same so even Daireann might have afew. Varich has the Obeytenyai (can't spell)....

Possibly not Gwydions save Gwydion himself (weird enough). Gwydion it is stressed answered the call almost entirely. They may have been Oathed to obey in fact.

In my head cannon, few if any Gwyds went the Autumn way, but the ones who were ordered to go back and 'retreat' did so, and then demanded a chance to return for centuries to avenge the dishonor of it...finally they annoyed the other Houses so much they were booted out gladly to lead the 69 expedition 🙂

I throw the arcadians a bone there. I've had sidhe who have taken over autistics and now those mortal souls no longer have the condition as they enjoy the dreaming. I've had some take over criminals in order to stop them from hurting anyone... (A Liam who is in the body of a serial rapist and 'turns the life around' is quite the trial to RP) and quite a few who knew this was their one chance to whammy an Autumn person and remove some winter from the world. "Mr. Greely used to care only about money but lately he cares about the folks working for them as if he were looking out for him. Weird."

DeBuke - the mortal souls don't have the condition anymore because they got ousted - they're not enjoying the dreaming, they're... well, we're not sure where the displayed souls went. But the sidhe sure is enjoying the new body!

(At least, that's how I understood it worked!)
