I think CtD contradicting itself about the nature of the Dreaming is the most internally consistent thing about the game.....

Hah. The one hard and fast rule is Glamour is capricious. Yes. But it DOES make a difference in whether a Mage can use Time/Mind/Spirit (or which spheres) to pierce the Mists.

I barely understand the Mage system, he does. He isn't as conversant with CtD as I am. So we brainstormed.

A Mage is going to be using Time to try and look back and see Luke's past. From HIS POV. How does his Flaw affect that? What will they see, from their point of view, or his? If they don't see anything chimerical, what WILL they see when observing a scene that had chimerical components to it? Etc. As a ST, he found very little to go on.

And last, even if they see other Fae from Luke's viewpoint, will the Mists cover THEM?

Another Mage player plays the Mists as pierce-able. Jaer is inclined to say they are not. So how to reconcile that when that Mage is in to play? All these things you get the sense the authors just kind of side-stepped because they didn't want to bother thinking.

Was SO pissed off this morning. I was getting the car to save money on gas, thinking, okay, this will help. Then effing Jerry Brown (may his bald head catch fire) ...just imposed a $0.12 gas tax, and at least $100 increase to car registration. We already pay effing 10% in taxes. Someone hurt this guy, please.

End rant, had to get that off my chest.

This seems to be my luck with cars. I get a Christmas bonus, the car breaks down and eats it. I spend money on a fuel-efficient car, the very next day gas prices are set to go up two bucks a fill-up.
