House Liam is an odd mix of humble and proud. They actually are a House that acts with a lot of humility. They put on less airs than Gwydion, Fiona, Ailil, etc. But they also take pride in the fact they're still around after all the kicks they've gotten and I suspect the Liam 'know' they're right. They KNOW mortals are key to the Dreaming, they KNOW Ravaging is going to eventually doom the Dreaming, they KNOW what's right and they take a quiet pride in it. So humble pride 😉 As for why others trust them at all? Because Liam somehow make it work. They take banal ridden crapfests in the worst sprawls and somehow get a hold going in an alley way. They take crime ridden poverty fests, and turn graffitti artists into solid dreamers. They take religion and faith that some changelings fear and turn it into creative resources. You can bitch all you want about how you can't trust them, but they make things work where other Houses retreat
