I've always felt it works best to keep glamour gathering as an 'aside' that happens outside of normal play, unless it is a focal point of some plot

No, but if someone is playing a plain mortal, like Leonard is....and is perfectly willing to be Mused, Ravaged, Enchanted, or whatnot....it's an opportunity for both players.

I thought about bringing a Bonegnawer in Lupus form to Bunny's Mane Event for a flea dip once. But then I thought Does the player need the headache? 🙂

One, to see how your own character does these things, and two, for the mortal's player, to become part of the world of SN's or not.

I still think "scaring" should be glamour worthy. No banality involved, but certainly provoking a strong imaginative/emotional reaction

Isaiah Hellermann (I.C.E.) -> Leonard Farol: ((They tend to recover in a day, or few days....most victims don't even realize it's happened. The REALLY bad one is Rhapsody, which destroys Dreamers. Ravaging just -- Ice's threshold tends to be 'Destroy Illusions'. If he gives Leonard a few 'hard truths' that crash him down to reality, it might leave him a little depressed for a few days, at which point he can 'cheer up' again, or pick himself back up. It's repeated, frequent Ravaging that can cause issues.))

Leonard Farol -> Isaiah Hellermann (I.C.E.): ((Ahh. that should be alright. I dunno bout the depressed. He might get angry first... depressed later in private. I guess it depends on how these truths are delivered. But sure. fine with me.))
