He might change just a little thing in the question like a phrase or a bit of jargon. To see if we catch it. To be fair, if we give a good reason for the answer we choose....he will give us half the point.

Yeah. Most of my professors this term, are pretty fair.

Plus..my discipline is very competitive so, he tries to avoid situations that we all will compete against each other to hard to avoid extra stress.
