My aunt used to have a horse ranch out in Turlock, before it became more developed, and one thing I will say, at night, I remember it being both eerie and gorgeous.

Eerie because it was -so quiet- ....the traffic noise you are used to, living in a city/suburb was gone, and it was just crickets, like a symphony of them, until they stopped, and all you heard was the hum in your ears.

Gorgeous because you never knew how dark night could get and how many stars there really must have been visible in the sky before light pollution was a thing.

If I can find it, I will. At least, the one I used as a base. I gave up trying to do it. Same reason I couldn't do Val's redcap....changing skin color entirely ends up looking plastic.

You can lighten or darken some, but changing pink to blue or grey, can't do. 😕
