I think so. :) It's rather unlikely that they're counting browser window tabs. I mean, they could have Big Brother software set up in the background, THEORETICALLY, to see everything that you're doing, but if so you'd probably have already gotten a notice for gaming at all. Having more tabs open doesn't sap more internet though, unless you're actively downloading files or something.
