August clears his throat "At any rate.... " and he drops his voice to a bare whisper "Do you know where she is? Can you contact her?"

"She got free, but no, I don't know where she is." She admits with a frown "Normally she finds others if she waants to. My Eshu knack would lead me to her if she were in danger I THINK"

August is clearly restless, he wants to DO something, but restrains himself. "Well. That's something, at least."

"For now, we can look at the books I suppose and find what would interest her most? "

He chuckles. "No. I think she'll want to explore on her own. But we can certainly satisfy ourselves."

"You're right, half the fun for her" She smiles and they sort through.

August lets himself get lost in the stacks.

There's a lot to enjoy here, Canadian history has a good selection. The Kithain here are proud of that. There's architectural design.

Not really August's forte, but the history stuff is closer to the mark.

The book on Fae history in the Kingdom after the Accordance war is purely chimerical. Intriguging.

He'll give that one a quick flick through.

He finds a section on House Liam, apparently this city used to be a lot more banal but hard work by his own house helped contribute to its recovery. Since it IS about Liam, it's small.

Which prompts him to wonder; are there Liam representatives in the area?

That requires a different book.

But he finds it. A census of known nobles

There are three Liam currently living in the Duchy. Baroness Eloyonia , Sir Parcival, and Squire Stomp.

He might make his manners to the Baroness, if she has a locale? An address?

Why yes, in this very city. Mmm, he doesn't know the city well but someone here could direct him.

He files that information away, jotting now a note in his ever-present notebook.

Meanwhile, Tziporah seems to be lost in a book

Well, they -are- sisters. He keeps browsing.

A ripping yarn about a sidhe lord and the Eshu he hunted falling in love, the law man and the outlaw

That is, that's the book HE finds.

Something Leonora might enjoy, perhaps.... he makes a note of the name and reshelves it, moving on.

The differences between it and American might be of interest for a young lawyer

It might indeed! And a quick skim will confirm this?

It certainly doesn't hurt. He could spend an hour enjoying this book as a study.
