The little creature zips out, and heads towards a small vase of flowers set out by an overpriced airport cafe.

Gwen picks up her phone "Hello?"

"Careful..."

"Gladiola. Gwen. It is Aiden. Can we speak for a moment, candidly?"

"This place won't be good for you. Let's get you to a garden. Maybe a greenhouse."

The chimera is licking curiously at the brightly colored flowers - alas, plastic!

"A moment, please" She mutes "It's our boss. I need some private spot to talk"

Art looks around - he points out a few suggestions! There is a family rest room with locking door - the airline chapel room - a shoe shine booth that is currently vacated...

She scoots over towards the shoe shine both for now, the others can follow and unmutes "Sorry, sir. SHOULD be able to talk more freely"

She offers the wee dragon a skittle. "I know it ain't a flower."

"I will be brief. An illness has stricken Silverwolf. It is of mortal means, not a curse or magic, but no less virulent, and harder to shake for it. I must advise that you remain over in the city until the virus has run it's course. It should be only a matter of days, at most."

"An Illness? But... is mom okay? She's.. older"

An uncomfortable pause. "Most of the hold has taken sick. Marigold's duties have been spread amidst the staff who are able."

"The staff who are able? Who's in charge of cooking?" It's a bit blunt, not meant to be rude, but clearly disbelief "Flo?"

"Flo has her son to worry about. It seems to hit the eldest and youngest hardest. Briar is especially ill. She lost her appetite for a time."

"Junior Steward Madern, Steward Julius, and Knight Lavender have taken over the household duties."

"Thane Linnea is ill, and spread thin with Heatherbalm for the others. Thane Danica was hospitalized briefly."

"Understand that I do not wish you three to catch this illness."

Thistle catches up the chimera and heads over to Art and Gwen. (Citrine scolding, jealous?)

Skittles for the Never, too.

Citrine scolds, but in an almost possessive way. Is it because the little creature is also yellow?

She doesn't even steal the skittle given to the little chimera - well, it's a green one, and she prefers the warm tones.

"Junior steward Madern? I... are you SURE my lord?" She says "I.. I want to help"

"You will run the risk of falling ill. Your troll stamina will not protect you."

Art has been distracted by a bookseller!

She bites her lip so hard if she weren't rock skinned it might bleed

"If you wish to return, I will not forbid you, you are my Knight, but you are Marigold's daughter."

He adds, "However, I would recommend that the two recent fledges remain behind until the illness has run it's course. There was a promise of a trip that never reached fruition, a museum trip. The Bes Din may also wish to learn of Thistle's achievements."

Brow lift at Gwen.

"I thank you ... for that. I'll tell the others. We'll take at least 24 hours before we go and let you know if it's not longer" One shouldn't try to wheedle, but mother

"Good book?" Someone asks Art as he looks one over

Art looks up, and shakes his head. The book is shows to the commenter - "THE MYTH OF NORMAL" with a "New york times best seller!" sticker on it.

"This is not about mythology at all, I am afraid."

THe troll near Arthur nods "That's how they get you" He's a grump, but a young one. And his voile bears the Beaumayn Star

"Oh." Seeing that the man is a troll. "OH." Seeing the star.

Aiden responds to Gwen. "There is a Western Union at the Airport. I will wire funds for you that they will deposit onto pre-paid cards. If you need more, you need only contact us. ...Contact me."

"Yes. I understand. We'll head to the Western Union right away. Thank you"

The Beaumayn troll looks at the wilder sidhe"So, you're the one i've come to see. An honor, but you shouldn't linger in dangerous areas too long. Our frat has a way of drawing trouble"

He was distracted, gazing at the emblem on the Troll's garb - a bit lost in thought. His cheeks flush a bit and he bows to the troll.

"Hale and well met, House Brother. You are the first true follower of the Dark Star I have yet met in this incarnation. "

"Hopefully not the last" He says

Gwen however looks to THISTLE and whispers "There's a sickness at Silverwolf, we need to stay away for a bit. Let's head to the western union"

"But... drek, we gotta wait more?"

"The baron wants us to... I hate it" She admits, but then says "He says we can visit museums, and that.. the Bes Din might want to learn of your achievements?" A whisper on that

"I mean... we wanted a city trip, but still!"

"My mom's sick" A frown "Apparently most of them are"

It would appear the Baron has hung up to arrange Western Union

He had. Very abrupt, but, so he may be at times.

Vali answers ART "An honor, may the star dark light never blind. We should talk. Your friends will want to be with you I think"

"Sick? Like, covid?"

He offers a hand to the Troll. "I'm Art..." A pause, and he inhales, and exhales - having thought his first introduction would be to a different person. "I'm Squire Arcturus Sol-Eltanin, Star-Seeker, of House Beaumayn. At your service... is there a need for assistance? Was there a vision? Trouble?"
