The dreaming becomes more mountainous again, and the sounds of water can be heard... the trod has a wall? With a door, but it appears to be locked. No knob. Just a knocker, (And not a nocker)

Over time, as the fear wore off Piper managed to slide down from her perch, but she claimed and held onto one large blue hand.

"Should we knock?"

"I suppose we must" Jonas looks annoyed.

She leans forward and takes the nocker, giving it a good rap rap rap.

A face appears in the door, a wizenned old man and it speaks "Only the right answer will open me." And then the question comes out, with an ahem... "What. Is. Love?"

"Baby don't hurt me, don't hurt me, no more?" Piper can't HELP it...

And the door opens

Jonas blinks "Oh come on"

She beams up at him, and trots through! Pulling him by his hand. "Ahahaahaha!"

He lowers hsi head, and ggoes through "EPIC quest, this is not epic. hummph"

"And you know, da'an being how it is, THAT'S what you're going to remember..."

Rikki and Zane keep laughing

Piper checks out what's on the other side of the door....

More trod!

And... a waterfall, breaking into three pools

“Ohhhh….” She lets go of Jonas and heads forward to check them out.

"Which one is the dawn related one?" Zane wonders

Piper examines…

PIper sees one to what appears to be the east, another pool more central, then one o the west

“Can it be that obvious? Or is it a trick, or a trap, or simply nothing at all but a trickling pool?” She wonders.

"Assuming.. that IS east. How do we knnow in the Dreaming?" Jonas says

“Well, it’s to the right, which is East on maps. Unless we were coming from the other direction.., but we're not”

As she says that, the dreaming's sun shifts a bit

Watching the sun, she approaches one of the pools, keeping an eye on the current position in the sky

Let’s say, the one to the far left.

It wobbles back and forth

“That’s not fair.” She says, with a bit of a pout.

"Dawn is where the sun rises..." Zane watches... "Can you... no, that's crazy"
