Zara nods. "Didn't learn his lesson, hm?"

"Oh.. there's a dark litle voice in me that thinks he deserved a lot worse than divorce tha's for sure"

Zara nods. "Aye?"

"Yes.. but if you're asking if Matthew ever beat Geoff? No. I.. left a threat. Firm one."

"How came you to pass?"

"That's gonna make you laugh . Well, maybe not. The copier machine that kept breaking down, and was as old as dirt? I fought for a year for them to get rid of it. Frayed wiring.
