"Sure." And he rolls a shrug at Zara, at that* "Yeah. Practical enough."

"Practical. Not ideal."

*A quick grin at Earl* "Next we'll work on rationalization."

"Handy tool."

He does laugh at that, trying to stiffle it and making a snort of it

*Another lopsided grin "Thanks for the invite."

"Thanks for accepting," He says and means it, "Tell the Dragon I said hi?"

"You puss filled pimple on a redcaps wet back end! Ya got soap all over my plans!" Dragon rumbles can be heard, perhaps answering the nocker. "Oh yeah? Well your mother is a butt-munched toaster oven!!" One can only imagine the conversations her and that dragon have late at night!

"The ah, other dragon"

"Sure. If you don't see her first. In which case, you can tell her I did." *A huff, rolling eyes again "You trying to break it or make it behave?" He rasps as loudly back over his shoulder as he can. Which isn't loud enough to be heard*

"Yeah. The dangerous one, you mean."

"Exactly," He says at the clarification

A soft rasp of air, her laugh.

"One day, I'm going to write a book of Nocker Haikus"

"You guys want to come in a while? Or just passing through?" He tosses the latex gloves on a nearby chair*

"Well, collect. need the authetic touch to write."

"Yeah? I'll read it."

"I did just come for the invite, i k now this is a work shop so figured it might be busy ...even at this time of night." A look to Zara to see what she thinks

"No problem. Come by anyway, you guys want. Nice to hear somebody that ISN'T a furkin' nocker sometimes."

"Glad you liked the parcel." a shy smile for Ice.

"Yeah. You got a talent, you know, finding the right thing." A quick grin at her* "Thanks again. You know I'm gonna use it."

"Got the earplugs over at the laptop now, you know, for breaks and shi....stuff."

A grin of wolf teeth. "I could cross my arms and try for stoic face and say things like 'It has always been so' and 'Duty demands it' 'these are not the ways of trolls' and 'mmmph"...which for a lot of trolls passes as conversation."

"I try."

Curious look at Zara and he admits it, "Now I'm nosy"

"It has always been so," He agrees, eyes narowed. Not quite the same, really, when rasped in a Broolklyn accent, but*

"These are not the ways of trolls." *Adding, at Earl's last, the 'nosy' comment*

"You can tell him, if you want, Ghost. Don't think he'll be surprised."

"Mayhaps. But.. it is a secret, nu?"

"If you make it one." *A grin, perhaps a little too pleased to make the troll squirm

"You guys enjoy this" Half accusation, half fondness

"Well - yes."

"It has always been so," He repeats, with a wide, toothless black grin*

Her grey lips curl into an impish grin.

Another laugh at that. He keepsi t soft but deep

"Just let me know when, I'll try to dress right."

"Oh, hey, Ghost. Jimmy's here."

"How is he? Hi Jimmy!"

He turns and points....to a security camera. He gives a sardonic wave to the piece of electronics*

He waves to the camera

"Probably doing things he shouldn't. But." He shrugs a 'what can you do'?' shrug*

"Things you oughtn't are usually the best things."

Then just as it has gotten to be too quiet the kitten starts to make her way to Ice, with evil intent to be sure. with the waves to the camera, the lights flicker, as does the screen for that camera. Then music starts to play. "Love me tender love me sweet, never let me go....." From the back they can hear more muttering. "Damn ghost!"

*A wicked grin "Yeah. Well, at least his music doesn't suck too badly. Or I'm getting used to sh...stuff like Ritchie Valens and Franki Vali."

She covers her mouth with her hand - is that.... giggling?

"Hey. HEY. I see you." His hand whips around to point to the cat, warningly* "You can't hide in that damn sweater, cat." The cat knows that warning glare. Usually followed by a piece of tape slapped on its ass where it can't reach*

The cat stops and regards ice with calm eyes. Then she plops her little butt down and starts to lick her front paws. What human? You speaking to me? I didn't want to go over there anyhow.
