She exhales and walks slowly back to the area where Dagmar is, stopping while still in the hallway. "Spring magic in the sink water," she offers neutrally.

The Gwydion rubs at her face, muttering expletives under her breath. A deep inhale, trying to settle her jangled nerves and still her now-shaking hands.

Jaw jut. Her expression is guarded and conflicted, which resembles, but is not quite, a scowl.

"If you want it." She stays in the hallway, leaning against the wall.

She shakes her head.

"K." She just stays there quietly for the moment.

A grimace, and an awkward shift of her weight before. "I'm sorry."

"It's okay." Sylvi comes into the room now. "I poked you. I'd say sorry, too, but..." she trails off.

A grunt. "I gotta go."

Moving away from Sylvi, heading for the exit.

"Where?"

Shrug.

"Dagmar...listen...you might not want it, but the offer to help stands."

Her shoulders curl inwards.

"And I'm not going to bail on you, just because we had a fight."

She looks over her shoulder at the other wilder - the words didn't ping?

She notes the expression. "I'm not."

And Dagmar knows Sylvi isn't lying.

A slight wry grin.

The silence extends for too long as Dagmar watches Sylvi like a wary animal.

"I didn't want to hurt you. I'm sorry."

"I want you to stay, if you want to."

"Oh, geez, I know that. I grew up around the Chieftain -- it doesn't happen often, but I've seen Gwyd Rage before."

"And I knew I was risking it."

A wincing grimace at the offer, and she shakes her head.

"No excuse."

"Maybe not. Doesn't matter."

"I just... I gotta..."

"Okay. But come by later? Or text me?"

....Coward.

"Cuz you know if you don't, I'm gonna find you anyway."

"Mmph."

"Dagmar...we're still friends. You're stuck with me."

"I..." She trails off. She hasn't left yet. All the adrenaline from before seems to have petered out.

"But that means I'm gonna call you on your shit. And I'm counting on you to call me on mine."

"I..." Another frown.

"What?"

She rubs at her face again. "I should go." Bullishly, returning to something that at least sounds like a plan.

"Can I go with you?" trying another tactic. "We can get out of here, at least. Listen...wanna go get pizza or something?"

"You... what?" Blinking, bluescreened.

"Pizza. Or wings. They won't be Scarlet Knight or whatever, but good enough."

She swallows. "Um."

She still hasn't left, so there's that.

(BingBong!) From Dagmar's pocket.

She startles ("F--") and reaches for her phone.

Symon: Where are you? Free until dinner. AM wants to invite you. (assuming time is sometimes... early afternoonish?)

A sinking expression as she reads the text.

Oh, great...something else. "What is it?"

"Sy."
