"He'll come back another time, Holger. I will ask him to play futball with you."

"Gracias" he says but still looks glum

"I had asked them to take notes about the puppies"

A sigh

"I will ask for those notes." she promises "Today."

"Gracias, though that is not the only reason I wanted to see them"

"See them, or see them here?" without judgement.

"See them here" he says "My friends are here. They do not go to rivervale. I wanted to show them how nice your mama and papa are."

He looks contrite "I am sorry. I am being a brat. I should go patrol and put my energy to good use"

"No." Softly "Would you consider taking on a mission for me?"

He salutes "Gladly! It will give me something to do!"

"Will you go to Rivervale? And .... do what you usually do. But... if anyone asks... tell them Jessica asked you to come? Not Countess or anything, just me."

He scratches the side of his head "I am very confused, but of course. Did you want me to give them a letter or tell them anything else?"

"No. Just go and be yourself. And if anyone asks.... tell them that."

"That i am just being myself?" A nod then another question "Who else COULD I be? "

"No, Holger, I meant to go and be yourself but if anyone asks why you're there, tell them I asked you to come."

"OH!" A smile " Si. I can do this. I still wish they could see my other friends more, but at least I will check on my puppy"

"Holger." Jess says, with reluctance "There are many things to consider before one of those puppies are yours. We have spoken of this."

A sigh "But I am being so good"

"You are. But your behavior isn't linked to getting a Fae dog. We can work on that apart from the rest."

Holger ponders this, then says "I should go get packed" he salutes troll style, and heads off to get his things

Leaving Jessica, once more, with her own thoughts
