Jess takes a sip of her coffee.

"How long do you plan to stay, Lady?"

"Three days is customary" She says "I would not presume more"

"And after? Where will you be heading?"

"Depends on where I'm needed, your excellency" A smile

"Mm. Oh." she's remembered something "Baron, may I ask you to be on the lookout for someone? A person of interest."

"But of course" he says

Jess gives him a description of the eshu who meant to attack Siv.

"I shall be on the look out for him" The Baron says 'As shall my people"

"Thank you. Please capture alive and let me know. I will come for him personally."

She sips her coffee, oblivious.

"May I ask his crimes?" the baron says

She lifts an eyebrow "Crimes?"

"You said to capture him? " He reminds "I assumed he did some crime"

"Mmm... wanted in connection to an attack. I believe he can tell me more about who arranged the attack."

"Ah, indeed. I know how you feel about... interogations. We'll merely hold him then if he comes our way then alert you" The Baron nods

"Excellent, thank you."

"Lady, you haven't seen such a person in your travels, have you?"

"I don't enter act with many eshu," She says with an elegant shrug "Fine story tellers for a crowd but they rarely stick around "

"I wondered, as you said you spend a lot of time traveling."

"Alas, they know paths I do not" She says with surprising humility

"Mm."

"I mean, it's part of their talent. They know paths we sidhe don't... and have their own ways of getting places" Lady Highfeather explains

"Mm. Might keep that in mind, Baron, as you keep your eyes open for him."

The Baron inclines his head "yes, they always seem to know where to go to get where they feel they need to go. Though it can be perilous"

Jess glances over. "Ah. Apologies, will you pardon me a moment?" as if catching sight of staff that needs a word with her.

"Wine is good company" Lady Highfeather says

"Enjoy. I'll be right back."

She rises and exits the room to find a phone and call Rivervale.

She finds one guest missing. The Baron is still there, "You are a busy woman, your excellency. I understand. Lady Highfeather needed to freshen up"

"I hope not as well" he says, "Something is odd about her behavior here. "
