"Please, come in. I'm just writing down the names of our new guests for the records"

"Good, thanks for that. Can you put together a formal kind of letter for me?"

"Of course" She says "What's it regarding if I may ask?"

"Of course. Baron Tidemarch has a guest staying another day or so. I would like both of them to come here before the lady guest leaves the county."

Finished with the list, she moves to the next one and says "Very well," New letter ready to go "To the honorable Baron Tidemarch, lord of Sunkissed waves?"

"Right, with all the honorifics and stuff. Something that's clearly an order but put nicely."

She nods "I see. What's the woman's name?"

"Lady Highfeather, or so she has called herself."

She nods and writes it down
