The Seer sighs as the animal joins them, "Reeve DeAngelo. Welcome"

"Feel free to join us, Reeve"

And the ferret does, vanishing into a chair, then popping up as a handsome fellow with a hat "Your excellency, your beauty is exceded only by your ability to smash unwelcome advances"

"Thank you."

The Reeve seems geniunely likable, which makes sense, Reeves interact with the common folk on behalf. Unlike the others he seems chatty, "Dark times are here again, and the people wail and gnash their teeth. How can we assist in this crisis of comas?"

Food is brought in, delicious seafood by the look (and smell) of it

"Let's eat, first." She suggests.

She is sure there must be more advisors than this but they begin to eat

And it's delicious!

Jess savors the seafood feast.

A blond sidhe enters, and bows low, "May I join you?" He asks.

"Of course. I'm Jessica King."

"Sir Natan ap Varich, Steward" He says and joins them "I am sorry, our Herald is out delivering messages, and the title of Senschal is in flux"

"I'd like a few names and records for the post in seven days, please."

"I shall ask it of our scribe"

"Unlesss you wish me to handle it personally, Countess, as is your right" The Steward recognizes

The Reeve smirks "Of course, where some hear wedding bells, others here more ominous chimes"

"Everyone, please enjoy the meal. Are we waiting others?"

The Steward says "The Betrothed will surely arrive once she hears of this gathering"

"Then let's enjoy our company and welcome her when she arrives."

"Mmph" The redcap Bard snorts, then says "What would you have us talk about, yer excellency?"

"Um... you tell me. "

"We are concerned for our liege, of course" The Steward says. "He is my House brother as well as my liege, of course."

"Let's not send anyone to settle the commoners in the area who will panic when they feel their baron is dying," The Reeve arches a brow at the Steward and the others "Panic's healthy"

"The barony is steady. Valetidel is the Duke's chosen and I am here."

"You'll be remaining with us until the Baron is revived then?" The Steward asks "I should make sure we have the best accomidation for you"
