"You order her to" that from Dame Ash who has Coy following her

Jess gives Ash the King's eyebrow. "That is problematic."

"Why, you've the right of demense"

"She's interested in moving here, presumably as a 'help-meet' to Baron Tidemarch. That doesn't mean she's -from- here. My right stops at the border." she sighs "Additionally, I'd like to avoid making enemies. We have enough as-is."

"I'll make an enemy of her" Ash offers, "Let me get my sword and I'll visit her right now with a glove for her face"

"Nope" Coy says "You stay here, Dame Ash"

"That's a hard no, Dame, but thank you."

"She's more a caster than a swords woman" Michelle says

Dame Ash shakes her head to fight a grumble. Clearly not herself , drained as she is

"Rest by the 'Fire tonight, Dame." Jess says gently "We'll figure this out somehow."

"Michelle, what do -you- want?"

"Yes, Your excellency" Dame Ash says

And she rises to go the bale, Coy follows her juust to make sure

Michelle says "I'd like to be free. I.. would like to choose what I want to do. I .. I would miss the wonders of the Dreaming, but a cage of dreams is still a cage'

Jess nods. "Believe it or not, you're not the first Daughter of Eve to feel that way."

"Do I sound ingrateful?"

"Not to me."

"Thank you" She says

"This hold is lovely it's...comforting"

She nods. "Fenix is a healing hold. What do you think it would take for your mistress to release you?" she repeats.

"I don't.. know? You can't make her free me like Dame Ash said?"

"I don't know." she answers honestly "Maybe. And it might be a pyrrhic victory."

"Maybe I should just... leave? I don't want to bring you trouble"

Jess chuckles a little ruefully "I already did that to myself. Tell you what... I have an apartment a little ways from here. You can stay there tonight, or you can stay here at Fenix. Let me sleep on it."

"An apartment? I..wow, a mortal apartment actually sounds almost exotic"

"It's a small one, not in a great neighborhood, but it's been mostly safe and it helps, sometimes. You know."

"It tends to be under our eye, so it's probably safe for you."

"I know" A nod "I almost got dream struck once, it's a danger for mortals they tell me"

"For mortals especially, yes. You'd like the apartment, then?"

"I would, please And.. thank you" Michelle says

Jess nods and stands to make arrangements for Michelle to be driven to her apartment. A key is provided. And she makes sure there's at least one Fae posted to observe and report on the place and a few extra patrols will swing by periodically.

Sir Jack volunteers. Liam that he is, he'll die before he lets someone hurt the woman.

And Jessica, she knows she's done something GOOD tonight
