Jess tries to place the accent as she says "Well... some hombres said some things but...."

"Are you American? I can't tell" SHe guesses

"Are you?" hopefully.

"No, Brazilian" A smile "portuguese is my first language"

Jess thinks for a moment and offers "Obrigado."

"Very good" She smiles

"Oh, but you didn't say, where are you from? "

"I am from Tijuana. I've lived here for years. We get a lot of tourists." she says as if assuming the girl is one.

"Oh I'm not a tourist," She offers her hand "I'm Larissa Carvalho, I'm an actress"

"Not exactly top billing mind you"

Jessica is on alert; she is aware of her surroundings and what's about. And if all is well, she takes the hand offered.

"I'm Jessica."

Jessica can definitely feel this womans fae spirit inside of her.

OOC Does it seem safe to give her some Glamour?

OOC: Well, Dream dances can go BOOM but it doesn't seem likely to enchant anyone nearby unless it reaches really far. Still might stir some chimera and go bonkers as usual.

"Oh it's just make believe, we learn how to do it as children, if we're lucky, we can get paid for it" A chuckle

"Sadly, my part is rather simplistic... I'm the shallow friend to the star"

"No, what is it?" Curious

"You have goals, I guess. As an actress?"

"I wouldn't mind paying the rent... that's what my mother says... my looks will only last so long better store up the money before I return to take up work at the family store" A sigh

"Not a fan?"

"I'm not a very good daughter to say this; but it's like being asked to return to a cage I hoped to escape and lock myself in again. No, I want more than to get a bit of money. I want to play so many parts, wear many masks"

"Larissa... do you want this?"

"Want... acting?" A confused look "I'm sorry, Jessica. I'm not sure what you're meaning by 'this'?"

"I love acting very much, well, when I actually get to act. Odd how you can be expected just to stand there and look pretty and they tell you t's acting"
