He isn't so much a barista in a coffee shop, as a man who has a shop that sells coffee beans and goods. He does make some if asked.

She also buys a pound of his best, delivered.

He is flattered and fills it out promptly

"I do not know if she will come by again" he admits "What should I do if she does and you are not here?"

"Send word, unless the Right of Rescue applies."

A nod and they wait.

Jess sips her coffee.

She does not come in, but after an hour of sipping REALL Y good coffee... a lovely young woman in her early twenties walks by...

And pedro points 'That's her"

Jess, who's prepared, kenns her.

... and instantly knows her entire backstory.

Indeed, she can see this woman's inner fae nature easily. A pooka waiting to break out, some sort of tropical bird, colorful and bright. She's very lovely even to mortal eyes, dressed casually but not too immodeslty, yet the colors she wears on her clothes shows the colors her feathers might be.

And she's... how close?

To becoming Fae?

Enchantment would break her wide open, but other than that... it depends on whether she is near dreamers or at least avoiding banal peopel or not. Jessica recalls Diego, who has done Telenovelas, saying that you had a combo of both in entertainment. Some places claiming to make dreams could be utterly material and ruthless.

On the other hand , one good practice could energize everyone

Jessica is not usually one to drive a Chrysalis. Sometimes needs must but... better she should come to herself under her own power. If she can.

It's a big if to be fair. Pedro twitches as she walks by

"Can we not help her?"

"We can, but not in public. I will follow her, see where she is staying. " and she does.

"Be careful, " Pedro says as she goes

trolls aren't ninjas but Jessica follows undetected

and it doesn't look like the woman is going home. Rather she's heading towards what must the the area for the shoot.

Which is fine. They can't shoot forever. They will wrap and go to their lodgings. And she will follow.

And so, Jessica uses the power of patience!

Which trolls have in abundance. Well, most trolls.

No crisis arises, no threat, neither overly banal nor an early unsupervised burst.

Jess finds a place to wait in the shade.

A few rough characters eyeball the area, but the security on the set makes them reconsider.. and they walk off. Nor do they hassle Jessica

Then finally the shooting ends, and the young woman comes out, checking her purse. Hey, is that a taser in it? SHe's heard about Tijuana

Jess thinks the nearly-pooka isn't completely stupid,and follows her.

And she starts to call a cab

but that won't be soon. Jessica can join her if she wants.

Jessica takes in her surroundings and the situation; who's watching, what the area is like, so on.

Looks safe, and whie it's a big city, not anyone really with her

And she's standing next to/in front of/ near....?

A streetlamp

but it's not on yet.

There is a laundramat nearby

Jess pushes off the wall at the corner and wanders down near/along where she is.

the unknowing pooka looks over and sees the tall woman "Hola. "

"Hola. Que tal?"

SHe answers in Spanish though her accent is very different "All's well. You're not being followed or harrassed are you? Lovely city but it can be dangerous for a woman alone"
