"Hi!" a Sidhe might glisten, but Jess is just... sweaty "Listen I met a chimera while I was on a run, pretty powerful, said it might be able to move me forward in time and you back so we're back to our own ages... um, do you want that?"

"You went without escort as a 16 year old , in this city?" Mitra says hands on hips "Do you know how worried I was?"

Jess blinks. "Not like I've never done it before."

"I mean, I've been here longer than you have."

"Jessica, I'm Mexican. I blend. And I'm not a 16 year old blonde girl ... " A huff of grumpish concern

"This is about our -age-?? Or my hair???"

"It's about how dangerous this city is, and you going off without warning or escort" She says raising a brow

"I told people where I was going; I'm NOT irresponsible!!!"

"Don't raise your voice. It's rude" She says "And you told and went. You didn't give a chance for escort. You may rule, but part of good rulership is security, and that includes for yourself. I was worried. "

"I can take care of myself." she says with finality.

"Do you want to reverse this age thing or not?"

"I know you can take care of yourself, but the how well you care for yourself is..." She waves a hand "Nevermind. I should ask if you want to? Did..." A sigh "Did you enjoy your time with your mother? I hope you did"

"Yes, I'd like to, but apparently it's both of us or neither and I didn't want to accept without asking you." she's still bristly.

"Well, the teen years are certainly making you testy, so perhaps it's for the best" She ponders, "But you didn't answer my question about your mother?"

"But you.. obviously dont' have to answer that" She admits "I'm sorry. It's possible this grump dom has me thinking I know better or fussing mroe than I should"

Jess takes a deep breath and tries to de-bristle "I walked in with a way to resolve this -now- and felt attacked. And even if I'm younger, I'd like an answer to the question I asked first. Please."

"I'm curious to meet this Chimera you did before I agree to it," She says after considering "Partly out of curiosity partly out of caution. If that makes sense? Tell me more about it, please? What's it like?"

Jess nods. "That's reasonable." and she describes it. "He... or she, or it, said they'd meet me here."

"Wait, a Caladrius?" Delight "Oh Jessica, they're wonderful chimera."

"I'm not familiar with them but he seems very nice Formal."

"They're healers, dating back to dreamers of Rome it's said. She muses "They protected rulers from disease mostly, but more than a few were said to heal anyone they were near."

"Maybe that's why it's here; to change us back?"

"That could draw it in part" She admits "Yes, I'd like to meet it. I'm sure Fontaine and the Caladrius will talk a lot as well. " the SIdhe smiles thoughtfully, "Yes, unless I see something suspicious, maybe we should let it restore us. Now, could I, as a friend, get an answer to my question?"

Jess casually observes who is around them.

Nobody. Just the two of them

She shrugs. "I didn't ask her to come. I love her. It was nice to see her but not necessary and I hope Rivervale didn't need her while she was here."

A nod "Thank you. I think this mishap may have been a blessing that you two got some quality time." She seems to mean it "Okay, you want to shower before our guest gets here?"

"Oh. Um, yeah. Guess I should." she lavenders a bit "Sorry."

"No need to apologize, Jessy. We were talking, See you soon" She says

And off Jessica goes to clean up

"Jess." she corrects in a mutter that she can't stop as she goes to hit the shower.

She showers and cleans off. Any teen ire at being interogated dimming

Sure. She knows Mitra's her friend. She dries off, dresses, and heads out again. Maybe some food?

She comes out, and side tracks to the kitchen. Somehow she knows if she snitches some food it'll taste better

She makes a casual entry and tries to grab stuff without being noticed. Low-key, like.

"Young lady?" Maria arches a brow as Jessica reaches for a slice of pizza that just came out of the oven "What are you doing?"

"Just getting a snack, Maria." she slides the 'za onto a paper towel, careful of the heat.

A brow rises "BLow on it before you eat it. " A hmmph nod.

"Yeah, don't want to burn my tongue." She gets a cold glass of soda, too.

"Thanks." She wanders off eating.

"De Nada" She shakes her head at the gap toothed pizza. Teenage boys are even worse at mooching food

and it's SO good. The pizza slice, after cooling just a bit, is delicious.

And Jessica returns to see Mitra looking amused in the direction of the spa

"Hey." she comes up finishing her soda.

"Hey yourself. Our guest arrived. He's in the spa with Fontaine. They're talking healers"

Jess grins. "Cool. Did you meet him?"

"I did. Briefly. You were right, very formal" She smiles "but nice"

"Soooo... you want to go talk to him?"

"Why don't we see the Caladrius together" She nods
