"Mmph. Well." she reads for details.

Well, details are scarce, the last one is listed as 'quite devious'

In present company she allows herself an eye roll. "Fine, then."

"Mind if I peek?" Clem inquires.

"Not at all." she offers the page over.

"I'm going to ask Diego to investigate all three, and have all three come for an interview."

"Oh lord" SHe looks over "Is Tidemarch, pardon the term, trolling you with this?"

"I suspect he's trying to make a point." dry.

"Great, a Varich with a sense of humor" joining in the dry

"Such as it is."

"Well, I wish you luck. Make sure no knives go missing from the silverware"

"I'm worried about a slightly larger scale, but I get your point."

"That's about the scale I was thinking of, yes."

A nod "I do see some benefits to a humble farm of family trolls now that I think about your scale there"

"Mm." she takes her seat again "I'll get Diego on it; he needs to know about the addition anyway."

"Fair. How are the groceries we send you? YOu all tired of squash yet?" Wry

Jess chuckles. "Don't be offended, but we -did- pass some along to families that needed a boost to their groceries."

"Father V does good work and we never take no mind to that. "

"You're in for a treat, by the way. Along with the Nunnehi gift basket for them, I brought in Venison"

"Oh!" she brightens "I look forward to it."

"Thank you."

"You're welcome. We don't hunt for sport but we do hunt for friends" She pauses "Well that sounds wrong"

"It -really- does." Jess agrees, amused.

Ffft, "You know what I mean, westward" But she smiles "Anyway, I figure you don't get too much of it in the big city"

"We don't." she nods "Mexican cuisine tends to the domesticated animals. Although you don't get as much goat up en el norte."

"This is true" She nods "We have some sheep, but goat dishes aren't our strong point"

Jessica nods. "It was a change, for me, but I've come to appreciate it."

"Well, if your ladies don't mind, maybe I'll ask for a bit of goat meat to take back?"

"Of course! Tell them I said to set you up."

"Much obliged" A nod

"Now.. Carnivale, you golks need decorations? Some of our childlings went nuts with collectcing colored fabric"

"Appreciate the offer but, to be honest, I'm not sure. Maria and Rosa usually manage that, with Diego. I can ask them to join us?"

"Oh I'll just ask them when I get your goat" DeadpaN

"Leave the jokes to Vali, Clem." Jess advises.

"Guess I better not give up my dayjob"

"It's got a better health plan, at least."

"Now that's truth" She says "Diego mentioned something to me in fact, about a lady you were helping? Destiny? She need food?"

"Destiny. Yes." there's just a small hitch in Jessica's expression "Food, supplies, probably a better place to live... everything, pretty much. I'm going to contact Earl about her. She's a talented artist."

"Is she now?" A curious look "mmm"

A nod. "I'm getting her back on her feet."

"Well, we can chip in for food, or more if you need. Earl's who you want to talk to, but if this city is too dangerous for her, we can let her stay at the farm for a time. Unlike some places, we don't card"

"Course, that does sound like we'd be taking a potential dreamer away and your people might need her more than we do. "
