"Well, I could order more on my own, but it can be costly, particularly for the top tier stuff"

"We need additional funds." she clarifies.

"Or to buy less of other things. " He admits "I suppose I could ... " Almost pained "Reduce wine purchases"

"I don't want it to come to that." Jess assures him "Any ideas on how to increase income?"

"Well, when is the last time we hit necropsis up for our share of his profits?"

Jess blinks "He hasn't been sending anything regularly?"

"We have been so busy we haven't collected in a month. Dragons, mystery heroes, holidays. I wonder if he's thinkingg that with tweak ruling a barony, his pecentae now ggoes to her and thus back to him. He's unseelie and honorr is ..well"

A sigh. "Can you speak with him about it?"

"About the only one he respects is Duff and well.. but I'll try. Frankly I find him obnoxious and fully expectt im o be killed offending some Boggan's wife"

She nods. "No point to it; we just have to do the best we can today."

"Just so" the supplies are ready "Where Should I have this delivered?"

She gives him the address. "She's been sick; she's staying there during her recovery but plans to move back to her apartment when she can."

"I see" A nod "It'll be seen to"

"Thank you." A deep breath "I'm going to get some air, clear my head."

Jess takes her maul for a walk, one which she deliberately plans to take her to her apartment for a visit. This will also let her check on the tattoo parlor.

Duff is there in his shop, no clients

She keeps going up to the apartment, and checks there. Might be Destiny could use it, when the time comes. The place has to be kept up, ready for County needs.

She enters in her appartment, she hasn't been here inn awhile

Only to find the fridge ffully stocked, and signs someone else has been living here

She is immediately on guard; as silently as possible, she searches the apartment.

Finding nothing, she gives up, gets herself a drink and sits down. the feather on the hat she sat onn theatens to tickle her butt

She lurches up awkwardly and sets the glass down, examining the hat.

Suddenly it makes sense. the satyress vigilante La Cernicala is using this place as a bolt hole. Emergency supplies! food, shelter, first aid kit!

Steaming, Jessica goes through the place with a fine-toothed comb, collecting every scrap, every crumb.
