Soaking in the spa, Fontaine closes his eyes

It is difficult, to understand the heart riddle . Jessica has those telling her she is not complete alone. And yet she resents this, fears it? He's not sure. Meat is hard to understand.

As if conjured by the thought, Jess's voice calls "Pants." almost as an afterthought ahead of her entry.

And pants are put on, well, swim trunks

"Jessica" he says kindly, "How are you?"

"I'm well Fontaine, thank you. We might be having visitors for you."

"Ah, hence pants" A nod "What visitors?"

"From EarthRunes again. I don't have details, I'm not even sure they're coming, but they asked if it was possible and I said yes. Is that ok?"

He touches the spa, as if feeling it "The fire may have to help"

Jessica nods. "I'm sure we can work something out. Earl and Zara call EarthRunes home, Siv fostered there.... I feel like, if we can help other Fae out, we should."

A tilt of his head "I remember Sir Bachdion, when he was weak and worn, his soul was so thin... he didn't tell them. Sometimes pride makes us turn aside hands of those that love us. I don't know why" Earnestly confused

"Didn't tell them what?"

"How close to being undone he was how helpless he felt, how lost" Fontaine ponders

Jess shakes her head gravely. "It is not easy to admit weakness."

"But who else can you admit weakness to if not to those that care for you?" He asks perplexed

"Probably better your loved ones, than your enemies." she agrees.

"Oh definitely, enemies are just..well theyr'e not nice" he says firmly

"Certainly."

"I'll let you know if anyone from EarthRunes comes, and if they don't visit after a while I'll contact them and let you know what the situation is."

"Please do. I'll have the healing magics ready" He looks at her "how are you?"

"Fine."

"If you were feeling you were weak, or vulnerable, you would tell me yes?" large eyes, like pools

"You're my friend, Fontine. I'd turn to you if I needed help, yes."

"Good. And I will remember to do the same if I need help as well" A nod

"I hope so, Fontaine. That is what friendship is." She nods. "Thank you." and she moves along.
