The flames move along the Freeholder's fingers and she can feel the other holds, each one fed and sated much as Fenix. Fiesty Pitt, Searching Skyhook, Proud Sunkissed

"Wow." softly.

They're all doing well, it won't last per se. Troubles will arise. But for now? The people and their flames that serve them vary from thriving to at least contented

Jess nods. Good.

Siv notes it. She's seen that same look on Mom's face, though sis seems deeper into it. Instead of jabbering, she lets her sister enjoy, and closes her own eyes with a smile. Her face restored

Jess can even feel Mitra for a moment. She is communing with the Pitt, allowed by regency. Her friend is satisfied

Jess cherishes that friendship, as unlikely as it was. A momentary wash of strong affection for her friend washes over her.

And Mitra at another flame looks surprised, then smiles

Jess smiles again, pleased but... not really surprised? Pleasantly surprised, maybe.

Yes, life is good.

And Siv says "Gonna eat that Kerri pie alone?" A smirk

"Oh, no. Figured I'd share it with the childlings but.... did you want a slice?"

"Well no, now that you're sharing it with KIDS I'd feel bad if I took one " She waves it off "Don't worry. I'll charm Kerri into making me one some time soon. "
