"Oh, hey, if there's dancing.... you think it'll be, like, court dancing? I mean... she's a Countess, right? That's probably more formal?"

Dean plays Safety dance, and leads them towards the Spa

A grin. "I think that means less formal."

"Oh.... well, that's cool too."

And into the Springs they go.. a sign has been put up 'Sadly, we must request pants of one sort or another'

A pout, and wink to Adam. "RV has them beat.,.. " She whsipers.

He pouts too, then grins. "Hey, even with pants, there's still options...."

And in they go and see a man who looks to be ..breathing weakly, but with a smile.

And he..looks like he's made of water "I'm Fontaine, be welcome here. Heal or frolic, makes no nevermind...and you don't have to wear PANTS as long as you have the essentials covered. Our Freeholder is skittish'" He sighs

Dean plays a tune of introduction

"Woah...."

"Oh my, " Fontaine looks at Adam "Betwixt and Between... that must be very awkward for you. I'm sorry, I can't heal that"

Suddenly the confident mortal looks very self conscious.

Dean looks confused

"oh, please please, sit down," Fontaine says. There are towels and trunks and swimsuits in a box.. and a small place to change

"Not hurt or sick, don't need healing....." he mutters and goes to change.

Piper is not self conscious as she strips down, she already had her bikini ready under her clothes!

The swimsuits appear (Thank goodness) clean, new even.

Dean plays 'Itsy bitsy teeny weenie yellow polka dot bikini'..well, the chorus

"Fontaine, was it?" And she repeats the introductions that have become second nature over the day. "I'm here to challenge Dean, Dame Brevara, and whoever else is about for the golden scepter and rulership of the Barony. Or whatever the prize may be."

Adam sees Piper's efforts and shrugs, stripping down to his skivvies.

She dips a toe in, carefully testing the waters. "Fontaine, I am sure you get the question all the time, but.. you're certainly not someone we see about every day. Are you an Ondine? I've never met one before, and if I am right, then I am pleased as punch to meet you now. And if I'm wrong, apologies but still, nice to meetcha."

"I am an Ondine... and oh I think the Freeholder would use a gold sceptre to club anyone who suggested she should carry one. " Fontaine smiles gently "I am an Ondine, seeker of the heart riddles and more... it's a pleasure." He nods .. oh the waters are hot, but not too hot, playful and bubbly

“Heart riddles?” She lowers a foot in slooooowly, enjoying the heat.

Adam splashes the water briefly, then slides in too.

"OH yes." Fontaine says "It's hard to explain, but we want to understand those made of flesh ..we Inaminae aren't you know? This is a husk... nothing more" The Inaminae gestures "I can cool t he water, or make it give slight waves. And other Troubadours include Elias Hazard, Phoebe, and Neema"

"Inaminae.... but you're Fae, right? Or... Chimera?"

"Just as Changelings are tied to the dreams and drives of men, Inaminae are tied to the dreams and drives of nature... it's elements. In the Case of Ondines, rivers, brooks, lakes and pools like this.. we are exiled from the great water, you see?"

"How come?" Adam props his arms up on the side of the pool along the rocks.

"That's a long story, and one that we've lost pieces of, suffice to say you'll never find an Ondine in the ocean"

Adam thinks. " 'Cause it's salt water?"

A smile "Not ..quite the reason."

"Oh."

"So like... nature Fae."

"Exactly" He says

"That's cool. Is this spring yours?"

"Yes, and yet I am its," he says "The healing springs here are very much apart of the hold"

"There's a beach around here, isn't there?" With a glance at Piper, and a grin.

PIper feels... good.. like the water is helping ease stress as well as any physical aches

"Oh yes... about 20 or so miles I am told" he nods "If you go by distance as we know it"

“Mmmm...” she has eyes closed, in bliss.

It's like the gift of pan on relax mode, and in liquid form...

Eaisly resisted, if one wants to.

"How curious," The Ondine says and is looking at the archway entrance into the room

Where a butterfly flutters, but does not enter

She doesn’t notice, eyes closed, but sighs as tension drains away.

Adam smiles and wades a little closer to Piper, sliding around her.

“A girl could get used to this... the hot springs are nice, but this is all that, plus healing, plus indoors...”
