The kittens are still big fur noodles... and yet, they are fur noodles with bright blue eyes that don't see clearly. The lights are kept dim for their sake.

They don't walk yet, not nearly. But a few of the feistier ones TRY already. The others just sniff, they can smell things now, hoping mom's favorite teat is nearby.

Mamacita Marion , now and then, needs a break, and when she's not in the library, she's found snoozing before the balefire on the head or arm of Jessica's throne

She does it enough, that a few refer to her as La tercera condesa.

Should Jessica shows up, the cat will move from that location and into Jessica's lap.

(Unless, of course, Jessica indicates she wishes for Mamacita's attention... then, SNUB!)
