THe beardless sidhe with golden hair lowers his head, "AH, forgive us. We have been on rough roads and rougher adventures. It has affected our manners. We are Mactyre " He points to himself "And Gelach" A nod to his friend, "I Take top billing with his indulgence. Both knights."

Gelach nods as if that greeting speaks for him as well, which it does.

"A pleasure to meet you both, Sir Mactyre, and Sir Gelach. I am the Countess Eleanour Hyacinth de Violette, and this is my Warder Dame Ash and my Companion, Miss Ariel."

"Charmed" Ariel says, a TOUCH nervous. She's never sat a table with this many sidhe in her young life

"Gentlemen," Dame Ash says with a nod

At this, Gelach does speak, "It was our understanding that the Countess here was a troll of no House. "

"Countess Jessica rules here, correct. Over all of Renaissance. But I am her guest."

Ariel nods "Yup. We've been treated really nice."

"I've no doubt," MacTyre smiles winningly "Her offerings on Beltaine proved that. Wonderful distractions and food"

"It's a wonderful freehold, yes. What brings you here?"

Gelach shoots MacTyre a look that says nothing, and yet a lot.

MacTyre says "Oh, a bit of this, a bit of that, and , always, Da'ans whims"

"Da'an has a way, doesn't it?"

"It's own." Gelach says when the boggans show up to ask what these two men would like, they ask for biscuits and sausages

"Quite, " MacTyre says "How did you come to be a guest of the good Countess?"

"Da'an's whims." She smiles.

Gelach blinks, then inclines his head. It's the first nod of respect beyond for title he's given.

"Isn't it always?" MacTyre chuckles "Well, I hope those whims are kind to us all from here on out. And it looks promising judging by locale and company"

"I think so..."

Ariel blinks "how come no one is really answering anyone';s questions?"

oh dear. Satyr bluntness

A whisper. "The rules."

"Oh" Ariel whispers then says to the men "Uhm. Carry on"

This seems to amuse MacTyre

And he does go on, "Dame Ash, your charges are most delightful. Have you watched over them long?"

"Long enough to be proud of both" She says with a smile and a sip of her juice "My lord of Gwydion."

MacTyre seems surprised, but then nods "I am indeed of the high house."

"It must be quite the story, your partnership.."

Gelach looks at his partner as if considering, and then the more stoic of the sidhe looks back to the Countess and says "He kind of .. stuck,, your excellency"

"Oh... a matter of honor?"

"Honor was at the core of it" MacTyre says "We are Freelances now"

"Well, it always seems like Knights Errant get good stories..."

The two exhange looks then... the food for them comes out

"Ah, it smells wonderful," MacTyre says and takes his plate. As Gelach takes his "Yes. " The latter says "Wonderful"

"And almost certainly not poisoned." Sip.

Rosa says "Poi.. no never"

"We'll be the judge of that," The Gwydion laughs "And I thank you."

ANd the two men eat.

This talk of 'stories' not as important as a meal.

Ellie eats - and watches, though not directly. After all, manners.

They're handsome... though styles are different. The Gwydion MacTyre is more slender, less masculine some woulds say, but the corded muscles under his garb hint that he is quick as well as strong. Wiry? Gelach is taller, more 'manly' yet still sidhe. Whatever House he is of (Her guess woudl be Eiluned with that moon mark on his head) she can tell he is happy to let the Gwydion do most of the talking... and yet she' ssure they know each other enough to share a lot with glances. Whole conversations. These men are not new to each other... they DO share stories. And some of those stories, she is certain, involve blood spilled together. She prefers princess tales to 'boys books' but she's seen enough TV, read enough comic books, seen enough movies and heard enoug hstories to know that when boys DO bond... they will fight the world for each other even if they insult each other.

But Eiluned and Gwydion don't often like each other.

Perplexing.

Odder bonds have happened - and Eiluned, oh, she's certain Gelach is that, given his mannerisms. The moon is a bonus.

Yes, but she's missing something as she observes them eat. Mmph

They finish after putting away their food delicately "Forgive us, your excellency, Dame, and Miss" MacTyre says "But we have matters we have neglected and we would not wish to put rudenss to others after our rough start with you. Da'an favor your dreams"

Gelach nods

and they withdraw.

"Da'an guide you." She wishes them well.

But once they are gown, she frowns.
