See if she takes the bait. Worse she'll do is show me I'm wrong and make great food.. best thing is she shows us all and you get some too"

"Why are you involving me in this?" with mild defensiveness.

"Because it might be fun for both of us, and you know she lights up when she gets competitive"

"Fair enough" she says "And if you don't, no harm done. You'll still get a shot at the Strawberry Pie. Honestly...I think she had a great time on vakay the last time she and Olgar came over. She's shown me pictures"

A nostalgic smile. "Yeah. That was a good time."

"It was good for them too. They came back tanned and refreshed"

"Good."

"Anyway, sis, I am sorry I woke you early and... about being waspish. Thanks for the suggestions about dad and I'll try to give him space to sort things out."

Jessica holds up her hands. "I only said what I like, what works best for me. And, I said I don't really get to do it, so....."

"So don't blame you if it's not a cure all" A nod "I hear you, but you understand him better sometime"

"Yeah, bit creepy how much alike you two can get sometime" but she smiles and gives her sis a hug

Jessica hugs her back.

"Don't be too big a stranger. I know you get busy but I'd love to show you Earth Runes sometimne" She heads to the door

Jessica walks her there. "I, um, thanks for the offer."

"Welcome" And siv departs, giving her sister some peace again, and smells of Kerri's cooking lingering
