(Unpause) Jessica finds it harder to walk through some parts of the crowds, more than a few of the asylum seekers are on their guard now, and who can blame them?

Others are welcoming, seeing her as maybe an Americano reporter they can share their stories with.

Jessica, standing out like a GRINGA! listens to those who wish to speak, pays attention to all, respects those who wish privacy....

and she kens. Sources of glamour are rare here, indeed, at times she can feel the banality of despair threatening her but other times as she moves on, listening she can almost...

Jess focuses, wanting to find... hope... something...

Oh, there is hope to muse..One teenage girl is not sure what she can do or become...but when the girl mentions her grandfather was a doctor, Jessica mentions that there is a strong need for doctors ,and nurses, and indeed all medical types in El Norte, that if she wants to pursue any of that, it IS possible, and that many nurses are from other countries no a days due to the demand. Over the next hour visions of her making a difference, caring for those in need, and being of use pop out of the young woman... Jessica gets enough glamour to stave off the banality she had started to accrue.

And yet her heart tears for a girl that might never get to those promises...... and tears more for all the promises that lay in wait for others, and how she might help...

it is hard... she moves on through the crowds, despensing water and food and hope as best she can. A few call her Gringa Grande, a term that becomes more affectionate as her kindness is noticed. Nor is she alone in this. The Liam work in tandem, Father V musing and aiding like a maestro, and Jack? Jack's chimerical shot gun is on display as he threatens not too subtly to blow a hole in changelings that might take advantage of these mortals

Sometimes, Jack is a sexy beast and it has nothing to do with his kith.

Jessica stops, noticing this for the first time.... then shakes her head, and, frowning, goes about her tasks.

"one could almost forget he's Liam" Mitra admits as she reports "Not much in grid N"

"What do you mean?"

"I Mean, no problems but no signs of glamour in that quadrant map the nockers made to increase our efficiency. Here" She shows her... "You passed through B 12.. I went through N 4..and.." A pause "Did those TWITS at the consortium base this on a bingo card?"

It would appear B-I-N-G-O are the main vectors

"Oh God..." Murmured.

"Well, otherwise I supose it works..." growl "You want to handle the B section a bit further or?"

"Nah. I have B." she agrees. "For all we know there's some secret nocker magic going on. Or not. Ok. See you later, right?"

"mm I wonder, maybe if we can spell Bingo.. on the other hand, TWeak could be laughing her ass off. Too late now. Yes, see you later." They move about

Jessica finds herself cheering more...and snagging a plain old mortal pickpocket! Really? Robbing FROM These people? Talk about punching down.

She regards the pickpocket, ready to thump him or her against a wall and drop them.

The pickpocket isn't an asylum seeker, she's seen this guy on the streets well over a month ago. He's about 23, slightly scrawny, and currently terrified of the huge yankee

"I see you again, my people see you..... you have a -bad- day. Get me?"

"Got it' He swallows "it's just... you know, they're such easy targets"

"Are they?" She askes, then pulls the punk in close. "ARE THEY?"

"Not so much now, no" EYes wide!

"Right. Tell 'em." She opens her hand, letting the guy go. "Vamos."

And he's GONE

"Damn, that was sexy" Duff's voice from behind "I know you didn't mean it to be, but that's the benefit of being a man. My blood likes what it likes. YOu eatten in the last four hours? or only handed OUT food?"

"I, um, I ... don't know.I'm fine."

He hands her a bag of food "Burger inside. Eat"

"Hey, hi Duff." A belated greeting but it comes with a small smile.

"And hi" A smile back

She takes it and searches, eats.

He tags along "I suppose you'd consider it tacky to offer these folks tattoos at a discounted rate?" Wryly

"They aren't here for tattoos, Duff." Wry and slightly muffled.

"Hey, how better to mark a life event than with body art?" He says moving with her, noting that she inhaled the burger "You were hungry. Do we need to get more?"

"M'ok." but she finishes every bite, from burger to fries (if there)

"Uh huh." He notes, "If you get too scrawny I'm going to be less turned on. Please, if you won't consider your own health, think of my poor sex drive" Wryly.

As she ponders what to say to him about what he can or cannot do with his sex drive... she feels a flash of glamour from the last section of section B

Her eyes dart to what's important. "Did you feel that? " And she is moving.

"No I...wait, I feel it now"

They move towards a ... an 8 year old girl holding on tightly to her grandmother's hand. Jessica's kenning has grown over time. She can see a fae soul slumbering there. This girl has noet yet under gone her dream dance. ANd so young admid such frustraiton, it's not hard to imagine it might never come while here without help. But should she help her here? Could risk a mass enchantment

"Duff.... Duff, do you see her?"

"Yes." He nods "Ialso see a crowd around her. so, standard kidnapping peter pan style or?"

Jessica watches the girl, thinking. "It's Right of Rescue. Duff... do you see anything about the woman she's with? Her grandmother, maybe?"

"Oh absolutely her grandmother, but I'm not picking up anything from her fae soul wise. Kinian maybe?"

"Maybe. We can hope. Ok, yes. We have to get her out of here." A pause. "How far to that fight club?"
