"She's just beautiful," Clem says patting the mare even as the firemayre also nuzzles Jessica

"She is." Fondly, offering an apple.

Apples work and is taken appreciatively

Clem says "She seems pretty bright. Bet if you willowhispered her you'd get pretty clear answers"

"I haven't tried it." Jessica admits. "Do you have anything to tell us, girl?" She asks the horse.

A neigh

which causes Clem to laugh "Oh we have full fae horses, both mortal and fae, but I won't lie. I might be tempted to steal this one away"

Jessica grins good naturedly. "Not on your life."

"don't blame you at all, and frankly, not sure she'd go..." Clem smooths the Firemayne down, "it's clear she's fond of you. You give her a name, or is Fyremare sticking since there's only one of her around?"

"So far, Fyremare."

"Well, Fyremare or Fyre works fine for her. Thanks for showing me her, Jessica. Sometimes I get so caught up in tending to the animals I forget to enjoy them." SHe turns to the next horse "And who is THIS big fellow?" The stallion stands proud, no chimera he.

Wait, they have an extra horse?

Clem begins to pet him down too "Oh he's a warhorse. I mean, sure he could pull a plow, but he's meant to be a charger"

Jessica looks puzzled. "Um."

It is at this point that Jesssica might realize that's...she's petting down Sir Buce ap Fiona

"A troll sized horse to be sure, you must be fun to ride. Bet Jessica rides you up and down near the beach. " Clem combs him

Sir Buce, ever loyal, does not kiss and tell. Of course, right now he's a horse and not NOT kissing and telling either

or even telling there was no kissing

"Might be tempted to take you for a ride myself," Clem fusses unaware of the situation.

Well, that causes the Stallion's ears to perk and his tail to swish just a bit.

"Oh God."

"Clem...."

"What?" Clem turns "You didn't tell me you had two horses. You should be proud. This is grade a breeding stock here"

At that, the horse blushes..can horses blush?

"I have a Fyremare... and a pooka knight." With a sigh.

"A pooka kn..." Clem drops the brush and backs up "Oh for the love of Freya's cats! I..." A blush and she says to Sir Buce "My apologies, Sir. I should have known better as we have a horse pooka on our farm." //Ever a gent, Sir Buce bobs his head//"Thanks. ..I'll just be over here, searching for lost dignity" Clem scoots over to Jessica and mutters "Can't help but wish you'd spoken up a wee bit faster there"

"I didn't realize till you said something. I don't recall seeing him in his horse form before, it threw me. " Muttered to Clem, then to Buce. "Sir Buce ap Fiona, this is Clem DeBuke, my friend."

"We've met in another form" Clem says "Briefly"//The horse bows as if he were a trained circus act, and turns slightly to the side, looking at a saddle. An offer//"Ooh, nooo" clem says, when what she means is WORLD of no "Thank you kindly for the offer but that would not be... no thank you"/A nicker of disappointment but so be it.

A sigh, and a headshake.

"Ok, well, glad you like our Fyremare, Clem. Um. What else can I show you?"

"Well, if you have a cup of dignity to spare, I seem to have lost at least that much" She sighs then "Maybe that spa??"

"Well." Jessica nods and leads the way back to the Freehold and then the spa. "You've met Fontaine, right?"

"Yes I..." A cough "Not to be rude or judgmental of west coast lifestyles, but has he learned of pants?"

"He'll put them on if you ask him to." She offers as they approach the spa. "Fontaine! Pants, please!"

"Already told we have guests" Fontaine says and comes out ,while still shirtless, the ondine does indeed have pants. It seems that's like half his yulegifts every year. "Hello, do you need healing?"

"No no," Clem smiles "Just relaxing"

"Clem, did you bring a suit?"

"Oh shoot, no I..."

At this, Fontaine gestures and a stream of water rises from the baths splashing both women. There's burst of glamour and then... two troll wilder women dressed in most fetching swim wear. THeir clothes, somehow dry and in a corner.

Jessica jerks, immediately in a defensive posture.... then stands, slowly. "That was... unexpected, Fontaine."

"Yes, nice wasn't it? Change is good" He trills happily "That's the awy of it this time of year? And you both look very fetching"

"Hmphm." And anyone who knows her father, knows that expression. "Well, Clem. Looks like we're dressed for it, at least."

"Yes," Ahem, "Colors are nice" One of their outfits leans towards blue and green, the other more blue and purple. And yes, darn it, both women cut gorgeous athletic figures. "Not that you had a choice in a wardrobe change, but please join me for a soak?"

"Sure." She says reassuringly as they get in. Carefully.

The waters aren't something Jessica partakes of that often, not when she's not wounded, but it does feel good as they froth and bubble, loosening muscles neither woman knew were tight, stress easing already. Fontaine actually walks outside the pool and kindly gets them drinks! He wasn't asked to, but it's a nice touch.

"Thank you, Fontaine. I appreciate it."

She stretches under the water, and lays back a bit. "Hm."

"Okay, you know between the sauna at Rivervale, and this spa, I'm starting to think maybe one or two luxury rooms at the farm would be okay" Clem lays back and enjoys

She chuckles, then is thoughtful, culminating in "Clem....."
