He looks at her, eyes surveying, then "Access to the bale at Fenix and it's healing magics for a start. What else are you willing to give?"

She nods. "Done, at least that. Fenix is for everyone." She thinks. "I guess... I could give you a title?"

A laugh "You yourself rejected a title, did you not?

Jessica shrugs. "I took one. Eventually."

"Good. But if you something you know you want other than access to the Bale, don't fish around. Ask."

A look at her, "mmm..somethings a man wants aren't wise for him to chase"

"Seems like there's a lot of that kind of wisdom going around."

A laugh, "Well, your man has a reputation for guarding what is his as well"

A look at her, temptation, "And if I take your offer, will you claim me as yours as well? Perhaps I like being my own man"

"There'd have to be some kind of agreement, but I have yet to take anyone in an Oath of Fealty and Vassalage." Still even.

"You are tempting in more ways that you know."

"Could be." Not entirely comfortable but not backing down. "Look, would you agree to sharing this place, officially, formally, if we have sex?"

She shakes her head. "Probably not."

A laugh "Then nevermind it. And thank you for your honesty. But yes, we may come to an accord without it"

She nods. "Ok, good." Another pause. "I bet I could find you places and people or things to fight. If you wanted."

"I ...might like that yes. But for now I have another match" And he goes to fight

Someone from Fenix may have to come get their freeholder before she leaves willingly. This place.....

For now... she drinks it in. It may no be HER hold alone before things are done, but she will add it to her own rule.
