He follows.

The fire seethes and glows with seeming suspicion, or maybe that's just his imagination

But it does feel good

"Just pick up a few things while you're here and most folks don't mind" She mentions

He nods and gathers a few things that seem to be out of place, glancing at Josephine to make sure this is so.

A nod and guidance, "Now we don't handle the important rooms as much, but it still is Important"

"I mean, oh I'm probably not making sense, but for example, we may not change linens in the Lord's room, but we do in the Steward's"

"I understand."

"His room is over here" She leads him towards the Steward's room, and knocks .Waits, then goes in

He follows.

The room is sizable, and a huge bed, of course, for a troll's length

"How does service work here? Tidy daily and change out everything once a week, or daily, or....?"

"Daily is best," She says "Not always necessary but it's better to have job security, right?"

He chuckles in agreement and asks "What would you like me to do?"

"Oh, help me with the sheets and blankets, they're so big and spaced out that four hands are better than two"

"Absolutely!" He totters over and helps.

Of course it goes smoothly, two boggans get stuff done fast, and he gets a chance to get a look around

He is almost sure he's missing something along the walls. the Mosiac pattern is wrong.

He makes a note, but doesn't appear to be -too- interested.

And soon they are out, "Thank you, that room goes faster with help"

"Oh, it always does." he smiles over a wince "What's our next task?"

"Oh this way" She guides him along

They move to other rooms, the troubadour's room, the Head thane's room...

And all throughout he is keen and observant behind a dottering façade.

While less focused, he is sure he has the lay out down for a bit. And notices a few things yes. Like the light smell of feminine perfume... on the male Thane Captain's pillow cases

Not a -flicker- crosses his features, but he does mentally record the major notes of the perfume.

A lady sidhe sees them but ignores them

they are just staff

Which suits him just fine.

Until... as she glides past, he smells that same perfume

Again... noted.

Even if ignored, Josephine curtseys as the woman goes by

So of course, he bows. And winces.

The sidhe doesn't seem to notice the wince, or them, as she glides on

He straightens slowly.

Once she's gone.

"The Lady Andri'ellen, ap Leanhaun, not that she always shares that House when she's doing her job as herald."

Jo explains

"Oh my." awed "How does anyone ever get any work done around her?"

"She's beautiful, yes" A sigh "Mostly just bow and move on once she's out of sight. "

"there's a reason the baron and she see each other" A nod

"Ahhhh.... " knowing.

Boggans do love their gossip
