"I should shoot her in the damn head" one curses

"WE will tend to her." he says firmly.

"Tempting," Coradel agrees, but puts a hand on the gun he holds to lower it.

"Your rank, name, and House." he demands of the captive.

"Besides, I ot something you poor sotsfurkinng want" the voicee of Dylan, the nocker . He holds up a jewelry box, but one with only rings. Wedding rings offeredu up ot the 'goddess'

A beaming smile. "Oh, Dylan, you're brilliant."

She lifts her chin "Baroness Lialeh ap Leanhaun... how.. how did you beat the lock?" She blinks at the nocker

Dylan smiles at Coradel, then SNEERS at Lialeh "Bitch, ain't a lock I can't pick"

"Leanhaun," Coradel sneers with disgust. "You're pathetic."

"Baroness...." August addresses the captive "Will you come peacefully? I am not adverse to the idea of binding you."

"You have me at a disadvantage sir..." but she scowls at Coradel "Pathetic? for being bold enough to shear sheep? Slaugter pigs? They're meant for our pleasue"

"Dame, please bind and silence the captive." the oathbroken Sidhe orders.

"The sooner the better," she agrees with August's instructions to Temerity.

Temerity straps a sock in the leanhaun's mouth with glee "Silence, people with hearts are speaking"

Coradel looks at the freed and mourning men. "We will see that she is treated justly. Find your ring among the collection. Reclaim it. You have a great deal of work to do, though, to reclaim your loves."

And then Dylan is mobbed, waking men reclaiming rings and all it means

And the fell baronness bound hand and foot

(Pause)

August turns from the criminal under detention and looks around the room. "Jim?"

"Already got him, Baron" Dylan says "I.. thought you guys were baling at the time"

"He is safe, then? The spell broken?"

"yeah. I'm sorry I judged you wrong baron. you're all right"

"I understand." he forgives "I'm glad to have made your acquaintance. Please give RK my best."

OOC Are there still men around or did they grab their rings and run?

A few might be around, some on cellphones

August clears his throat. "Gentlemen, I know all this is very confusing.... here....." he finds paper and pen, writing "Take this with you, and call in the morning. The organization here will help you reapproach your lives, and loved ones." he gives them Father B's number.

"thank you" "I don't understand but ok"

He makes sure everyone who will take a copy, gets one. "Let me recommend you find somewhere to sleep tonight, and start fresh in the morning."

"We can call taxis or ride-shares for anyone who wishes?"

"I'll help them my lord" Ivory offers

"Thank you." he nods.

"Dame, help the captive to my car, please." he pauses to speak quietly with Coradel for a moment, then they part (with a rather potent kiss).

Temerity grins "glorious victory, lord!" And off she goes

"Dylan.... is there anything else? Sir Ivory can stay here until matters are taken care of."

"I was going to loot the area for extra dross or treasure"

"Ah. Well. That, ah, is a matter for Coradel to decide......."

"Why?" Dylan asks "is there a law saying a commonor can't look forr treasure or dross? "

"No, in fact, there is not." August says matter of factly "I'm sure she'll agree that you've more than earned a reward. There -could- be tricks or traps laid about."

A grin "challenge furking accepted. This place will be trap free"

And Ivory stays at post

August nods to Ivory; the knight knows to 'help' find (and claim as needed) significant items.

And, unless there's anything else (?) August goes to join Temerity and the Leanhuan in the car to take them back to EarthRunes.
