A grimace at how gross it was.

"He's my BOYFRIEND" A glare at the Redcap, but she blushes "I want him to come to my saining"

“OoOoooo. Gross.” Briar chortles. “Okay. His funeral!”

And she vanishes off into the night, the car rocking as she jumps down from the hood.

She looks at Chuck "Are you okay?"

He definitely looks spooked. “That… was your sister?”

"No officially but where it counts? yes. She's tied tto a different dream" She admits "Remember I menntioned nightmares?"

He nods. “That was- I mean, she was- one of those? God, she’s just a kid, but I felt like I was about to be the victim in a horror movie.”

“Like, Jason Jr. or Lil’ Freddie…”

"Or a female chucky the doll?" she figghts a smile "Don' feel bad about being scared, it's part of their nature"

“Jesus. I’ll take the dreams over the nightmares, if I get a choice.” He gives her hand a squeeze, but the mood is definitely a bit broken.

A smile though. “It was a nice night… eye openin…”

"I'm sorry i ended on that note. " She admits "Look, you cann't write this down either, even for yourself, i might get down. " She squeezes back "But I had a wonderful time for mos of it. I... you're a pretty good kisser"

“I don’t need to write it down.” Trusting, gazing into her eyes.

"Okay, I... I wannt to stay with you but I should ggo on in. Text me when you gget home? or if you have any real scares?"

“I wish the night didn't have to end.” He admits, but smiles. “But we'll have more, right?”

"Of course, now annd thenn.. hopefully with less Briar" A grin

He leans in for a last kiss. “I’ll let you know when I get home.”

And, he does.

the kiss was magical, for both of them, sweet as all parting kisses are when they lead to hope for a hello kiss

And yes, then he left.

When she got the message, she smiled and hugged Ivan.

He wags his tail. As long as he is still her BEST boy, he can share a little.

"Well of course" She says to him "Love me, love my dog"

“Wuff ” He washes her face!
