It's a washed out kind of world, despite best efforts to make folks feel welcome, it is still a place of worry, death and loss linger, people who have seen so much of it that they fight to hold onto their empathy without being beaten down by it move around in uniforms. Others, patients and loved ones up, feel frusstrated, helpless. There is some banality here, not overwhelming, but the Dreaming's power doesn't reach well
