"Just so" He sighs and looks at one female troll "And that enforcer on his left? That's my sister"

"Oh, a local crime lord, peachy, and your sister." A doubletake. "Sister??"

"Indubitably" He says

"Well, I asked to meet your fam." She straightens up, and puts on a smile, but stays ready.

The satyr comes up "Jonas, that you ole chum?" the satyr grins "Good to see ya... Island's under new management"

"Greetings, Muldoon," Jonas says a bit coolly "No need for trepidation, I was merely taking these two ladies for an excursion of my past stomping grounds. I'm not moving back in"

"And these?" He grins

Looking at the sunken ship's members

"Passengers we picked up," Siv says not liking this guy with the twisted horn

Piper stands as tall as she can - which is not very tall.

"You shouldnn't have come back, brah" his sister says, she looks like Jonas a bit, the green tinge indicating a long life as unseelie

"That's not a very nice way to speak to your kin." Piper responds.

"Who's the runt?" She snorts

"Her name is PIper, and she's special to me"

"We're special to each other." She says proudly.

He says "This is Siv, and she's also special to me" Continuing "Siv, Piper, this is Jackie, short for Jaqueline. My sister. Jacie, I see you've signed on with Muldon full time?"

"He runs the island now, more than ever" Jacki says "I know where the winners are. you still saving the whales and shit?"

"more or less" He says

Muldoon coughs "Lovely gather... but regarding that tribute?"

"Run the island? Run it into the ground, maybe." She says, Satyr temper flaring at the rude treatment. "How can you say you're running it when it's all a shambles? Is that how you treat your land? I'd hate to see how you treat the people!"

"Oh.. well, that's it, take everything here.. little Piper here has piped up too loud!" Muldoon motions his goons who ready for their weapons only to find Siv has drawn her own blade.

And then so do the crew of the Wavecutter!

"I'm not afraid of some bully-boy and his goons. Not with Jonas and Lady Captain Siv on my side."

She does take a quick look around. Trees, buildings, anything that can be used as cover or higher ground?

Captain Zenevieva says "See, this three? they did me and mine a good turn. Plus, We're not tuning anything over to a twist horn with delusions of owner ship"

As a matter of fact... there's a palm tree that goes pretty far up if she can get to the top

A couple steps back and in that direction, ostensibly to get out of the way of the fighters.

And the fight is on! Chaos as cantrips are cast! Swords clash! A gun is drawn... and little Piper is.. kind of ignored by the attackers.

To one side, she shimmies up the palm tree - and if it's too slick or difficult to climb, will hopscotch to the top!

And soon she is at the top!

You would think with Siv, Jonas AND the Wavecutter crew, the 'good guys' would have the edge, but some of that crew are still sporting wounds from the fight earlier.

A scowl, and she pries free a coconut and hucks it at the head of the nearest goon! Aiming for one of the redcaps...

He didn't even see it coming! So she THUNKS him, disracts him, and down he goes

And then looks for the pooka next. If she changed... well, she knows Jonas's feline form well enough to know how dangerous a tiger might be...

Holy snot! Tigress, climbing up the palm tree! She must have seen the coconut throw!

Piper thinks fast (and says a quick prayer to God or fate) and then unwraps her legs from where they are clinging to the tree- dropping like a coconut herself! Aiming her small but pointy hooves at the tiger’s head as the pooka climbs up below!

Someone must be listening, because Piper Plummets down into the face of the tigress while her claws are busy holding to the tree! It's a bit amazing!

Wham right in the Tiger's face!

And both are fallilng to their deaths!

okay maybe not to their deaths... but aaaaaaaaaaa

She beats a quick rhythm with her hooves, then realizes that they are still in freefall, and grabs for the trunk of the tree!

Tigey's on her own...

The Tiger lands on her feet! But clearly felt that OW!

And Piper? PIPER Holds onto the tree like a demented squirrel

She is tempted to taunt the tiger like a squirrel who escaped a cat... but thinks better of it, and instead focuses on hanging on!

Siv is fighting but gets a nasty wound from an enemy redcap.

Jonas and his sister on the other hand seem to be fighting anyonne and everyone else but each other

FOr a moment it seems Siv is in dire sraights indeed, but Zenevieva flings a protective cantrip on her buying her time

And the battle starts to shift in favor of PIper and her allies. Looks like the tiger just got nuked by some fire spell.

"On, Mustangs, Fight on, Mustangs, for our fair red and gold!
Patriots loyal, strong and proud, fight on strong and bold!"

Lacking inspiration, she belts out now... what sounds like a mascot cheer for a football game? But it has a catchy rhythm!

"On to victory give your all! Answer to your teammate's call!
We will hold the beacon high,
So you can see it’s rays as you go by,
We’re behind you all the fighting way! We will win the field this day!"
