"Bedroom and bathroom." He murmurs quietly.

"on my way" She trots up quietly enough

Heading to the bedroom

He follows.

The master bedroom is pleasant, a kind of Neo Victorian look, but with, of course, statuary here too. And a shelf with statuetes.

There's a dresser drawer

and a desk

"Some sort of fixation......" a murmur. He goes to the desk and starts searching.

"Fixation ? "

Oh, the desk is locked. Interesting. Easy enough to pick if one knows how

"With statues. And erotica." Although that seems of less importance. He starts picking the lock with great care; traps are not unknown.

"Guess it's the satyr in me" She says "I really don't mind" A pause "I wonder if whoever lives here IS a satyr? It would explain the mix."

"Mm. But the statues? There are other forms of expression." He focuses on the lock.

A click, and he opens to see a picture.

He opens the desk very -carefully- to see a picture. Of?

It's a pretty woman wearing a sundress. She looks mid 20s

Any statuary resemblance?

And in the corner, the words 'Keep chiseling, Andrea'

and yes, many of the female statues look like her

"Mmm..." he does not touch but he does invite Callidora to look while he continues searching the desk.

"The changeling musing him?" A brow

Ah, letters with address and name.

"Andrea is usually a woman's name. This seems to be a masculine room. She chisels; she is the sculptor? He is musing her? Or inspiring her?"

He murmurs the name to her, meticulous about not touching as he continues searching..

"I think.." CC corrects "The picture is FROM her.. and she's telling HIM to keep chiseling"

"Mm?" He grows and goes back to look at it. "How did I miss that?" A frown.

"Well, I did just exhaust you in a run from a hunting pack of royalist goons. Then have you pretend to be a dog holding your leg up for at least a minute, before sidelining you here... without much warning" She kisses him "Sorry. I'm rough on you"

He enjoys the kiss. "I wouldn't have it any other way."

Her eyes shine at that

A sigh. "Well. Unless there is other information about this Andrea....." he continues looking. Nightstands, dresser drawers, closet..... "Start the bathroom, Dearest."

"Sure, want to take a hot bath while we're here?" She grins and opens the En Suite "Okay. I want this En Suite. The tub is bigger than ours and there's a double sink , a bidet, and the shower nozzles have like 26 settings"

Another sigh. "Dearest, Caesar did the best he could at the time. Let us get the Club open and recoup, stabilize our finances and we can renovate."

"Okay okay..." She blushes "Might be the fall coming on.. " She says "Hello, what's this? Bathrobes.. and one of them is a woman's"

"Excellent! Can you whisper it?"

"Yes, what should I ask?"

"About her habits, I suppose. Their relationship. Her nature, if it can tell you."

"Sounds good..." She begins a bunk

And soon is whispering.

Meanahile.. Emerson finds a safe under the bed. It's small, compact.

"Ooo..." he examines it carefully, first with his eyes.

Looks to be a combination lock, the old listen and spin sort. Clearly he could get higher tech

He gauges to see he he can get under the bed with the safe? Or will he have to move it to access it?

Actually, if he squeezes.. he could crawl under, but it would be tight. Damn CC's choconutty cupcakes.. they're to blame for his last pound.

Surely that and nothing else. And given that safecracking is a niche he doesn't have....

"Callidora, any luck?" He leaves the safe as is for now and checks what might be 'hers' nightstand.
