The balefire snaps loose from Zara's access, as well as the two sidhe working with her, returning to Coradel with a vengeance.

So it goes.

Bellamy , or so he was once named, looks at the two namers, "Well, that was... well done, all of us. "

"Aye," Rosco grins, "The Baroness will be dealing with the Dream Dance now, but I think she'll be pleased. Though... that extra one. Mmm. Need to be ready."

"Felt Fiona."

"Leaned that way," Almandine considers, "But any house that isn't of the Shadow is possible. " A hopeful look, "Wouldn't mind another Eiluned."

"Not impossible with the one who came in."

"Of course, one must needs practice patience." A soft sigh, the tiniest hint of frustration - she's likely just as curious herself.

Rosco chuckles, "You two both look like you're ready to come out of your skin. Not fooling me." His booming magics match his loud voice and Zara might take comfort in that she is masked near him even now, perhaps espcially now. Still, he could speak quieter.

"Oh, you are curious too!"

"Curiosity is not a vice, Rosco, and Miss Zara DID admit we'd have to be patient." The Seer humphs, "And I bet you ARE curious as well."

"Oh now," Rosco waves it off "When you get to being a namer of my experience, you learn that most answers come when they are needed." Loftily. And then he winks. He too IS curious.

A soft chuff of voiceless laughter.

A few chuckles escape the others at that, and Rosco then grows more somber "I hope the true soul of the girl, who was banished near at birth by the Shadow Court has some joy in the Dreaming. That ritual to do that, I am not one for destroying knowledge ever, but are we agreed that if we ever learn to recreate it, we do not?"

Sir Almandine nods "Agreed."

They both look at Zara.

Zara twists an eyebrow at them. "Truly, think I would even be tempted?"

"In learning HOW it was done?" The Seer considers "Very possible. Doing it? Never."

Rosco mmphs "IT's true. If anything she'd want to learn how to reverse it."

"A shame, to have found the girl so late that retrieving her mortal soul was no longer an option, aye."

The Sidhe exchange another look with each other.

Something spooks them, but she knows not what.

"What? To have stripped a child bare, to rend a soul and leave the body a shell... tis abominable."

"Agreed" Both say almost at the same time.

Almandine goes on, "If I might suggest? I don't think she's a target, but a warding amulet on Ivanka, your maid, might be wise. Kinain can sometimes be chosen."

She huffs. "Ivanka is sluaghkin"

"Mishpucha."

"Aye, but she's a healthy young woman who maybe convienent regardless," The Seer observes.

"Aye."

"I'll whip out an amulet to help her against that if you like," Rosco offers, "Done it before for others."

Zara bobs her head. "Weaver ward would be most effective, yes. Much appreciated."

The two nod, and each of the three feels, rather weary. Which is understandable given their hard working and efforts. "As for our new arrival," The Official Namer continues, "Judging by the feel of the hold, The Baroness and others are dealing with chimerical fall out and a proper greeting to the new childling here."

The Seer smiles "Ah yes, Chimera wrangling, the age old thrill of the Dream Dance."

"And a good boost to the fire, far more than we ourselves used in the casting."

Indeed, the fire is blazing as if it just had a weekend of rest!

A door opens, and Ivanka comes in with tea for the seer and librarian, and a brandy for the Court Namer, "Courtesy of the Steward ,she thought you might each need some hydration as it were."

"Excellent!" The Dougal grins, and takes the Brandy when it is offered.

"Ever gracious, our Delores."

"And foresighted," The Eiluned adds and says "Thank you as well, Ivanka." He takes his tea and sips it, "mmm fancy."

It is indeed a top blend.

And meanwhile... A Baroness has someone to greet, while her knights chase wild chimera!
